Qualifications

• Active, energetic and able to stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and friendly, professional presence.
• Willing to multi-task and adapt to changing event requirements.
• Basic photography skills or willingness to learn are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and teardown, including moving heavy event equipment safely and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service — welcome guests, manage the crowd, answer questions, and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Support on-site operations to keep the event atmosphere positive and organised
• Occasionally take photos of the event and guests
• Guide participants in DIY workshops when required (no prior teaching experience needed — just a friendly, helpful attitude)
