Job summary

Epro Telecom Services Limited in Hong Kong invites applications for a venue marketing and events support role. You will assist in promoting New Territories East Cultural Venues, coordinate campaigns, manage Open Stage schemes, and liaise with performing groups to ensure smooth logistics.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of office administration or event coordination experience, strong bilingual communication, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English and Chinese.
• Five HKDSE/HKCEE subjects including Chinese, English and Mathematics.
• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree is welcome and preferable; post-qualification experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing of New Territories East Cultural Venues, including event promotion.
• Source publicity channels and assist e-marketing campaigns for venue facilities and programs.
• Coordinate Open Stage Scheme recruitment, applications, auditions and admin duties.
• Liaise with performing groups on schedules and technical requirements.
• Act as duty manager during events on weekends/public holidays.
• Supervise on-site operation and coordinate with staff for smooth performances.
• Prepare statistics and reports for the schemes and respond to media inquiries.
• Arrange tours of public art installations and assist audience-building programs.
