Job summary

Epro Telecom Services Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Education and Public Programmes Officer to organise and deliver heritage education, public programmes, and cultural outreach. You will monitor funded projects and manage social media and the website, while supporting research activities.

Applicants should hold a HK bachelor’s degree in heritage-related fields and have experience in museums or cultural institutes, with strong written and spoken English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university in heritage-related fields or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of full-time experience in museums, galleries, archives or cultural institutes with social media/web management.
• Level 3 or above in Chinese and English in HKDSE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Organise and execute education and public programmes.
• Assist in monitoring funded projects.
• Assist in managing social media platforms and website, updating publicity platforms during office hours and weekends if necessary.
• Conduct basic research, field visits and prepare publicity information.
• Provide other services related to research, education and public programmes.
