Job summary

Charterhouse Management Limited in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, is seeking a part-time Duty Manager - Overnight to lead the front desk and oversee overnight operations in our busy hotel, ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous service.

The role requires a calm, guest‑oriented leader with excellent English and Chinese, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to respond to enquiries, complaints and emergencies in line with hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership and guest-oriented service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a shift leader of front desk and duty manager in overseeing the front office operations of the hotel;
• Provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all time.
• Respond and resolve guests’ enquiries and complaints;
• Handle all emergency situations in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

Duties
