Job summary

UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency in Hong Kong is seeking a Fundraising System Assistant to support the operation and enhancement of the Donor Database System within the PSP Unit. You will handle monthly donation processing, assist with data migrations, and provide user support to ensure data accuracy and smooth fundraising campaigns.

Reporting to the Assistant PSP IG Officer - Donor Care, you will contribute to finance reports, dashboards, and donor segmentation, while maintaining attention to

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed; IT/system management degree desirable.
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in donor/database management.
• Experience with donor data, CRM systems, and data processing in HK market.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Proficient Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua) and English; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly donations ( autopay and credit card) and ensure data accuracy.
• Create new users and permissions in the donor system.
• Analyze donation behavior and campaign performance for reporting.
• Prepare finance reports and dashboards for PSP management.
• Select donors for promotion campaigns to fit PSP needs.
• Import data from external sources (e.g., telemarketing) as required.
• Test new functionality and assist with data migrations.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor.
