Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• At least 10 years in fundraising, donor acquisition, or related fields; NGO/INGO preferred.
• Experience with multi-channel donor recruitment and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement donor acquisition strategies to recruit new donors and grow the supporter base.
• Manage multi-channel donor acquisition programmes to achieve fundraising targets.
• Drive donor recruitment, lead conversion, cash giving and monthly giving initiatives.
• Oversee donor onboarding and stewardship activities to strengthen donor engagement and experience.
