Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau in Hong Kong is a leading insurer offering Life, Health and General Insurance products. We seek a dynamic sales professional to grow Individual Medical business with existing Group Medical/Life clients and through diverse distribution channels.

You will coordinate product launches, provide professional services to corporate clients and intermediaries, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while contributing to strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary or above education.
• Experience in insurance industry, especially Group / Individual Medical and Group Life.
• Telemarketing experience and manners are advantageous.
• IIQE I, II, III required.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Able to deliver results under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English; Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team's sales target of Individual Medical by developing new business with our existing Group Medical/Life member client through different distribution channels.
• Coordinate in product launch related marketing activities.
• Provide professional services to corporate clients and intermediary business partners.
• Maintain close relationship with key business stakeholders.
• Support team head on developing and accomplishing strategic business plan.
