Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned leader to head HRES Service Delivery. You will oversee end-to-end HR employee services delivery and drive transformation across Hong Kong to deliver an outstanding employee experience.

As a Director within the HRES team, you will champion process optimization, strengthen governance, and align with global HR partners. You will lead vendor relationships, ensure policy compliance, and foster a culture of service excellence across the employee

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in HR service delivery or shared services.
• Experience managing hybrid delivery models (onshore, offshore, and vendor).
• Strong track record in operating model transformation, outsourcing, or service optimization.
• Deep understanding of tiered service delivery models and case management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to balance operational execution, advisory support, and governance.
• Strong risk and controls mindset.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of HRES service delivery in Hong Kong, ensuring seamless execution of HR operations and employee services.
• Drive the evolution of the HRES operating model through process improvement, service optimization, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships across the business and partner closely with global HR teams and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
• Establish a high-performing culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee outsourced vendor relationships, including governance, performance management, and issue escalation.
• Promote standardization, consistency, and efficiency across HR processes while delivering a positive stakeholder experience.
• Lead local communications, training initiatives, onboarding activities, and knowledge management programs.
• Support the successful transition of new services, processes, and operational initiatives into the team.
