Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is partnering with a globally recognized leader to fill a senior role overseeing air freight procurement strategy and multi-regional leadership across procurement teams.

The ideal candidate will drive BSAs, RFQ design, and pricing governance while expanding network capacity and transforming digital logistics platforms globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of air freight and logistics experience with senior leadership in multinational/global ops.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in capacity strategy, BSA procurement, pricing desk oversight, RFQ/tender design.
• Analytical, resilient leader capable of matrix stakeholder influence.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proficient with enterprise logistics software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run global air procurement strategies to drive market share and profitability.
• Lead global procurement teams and align cross-regional objectives.
• Negotiate BSAs and volume-incentive programs with global airlines.
• Design RFQ and tender solutions for key accounts.

• Drive the commercialisation of air freight products by leading complex RFQ and tender solution designs for key accounts.

• Direct global pricing policies and rate structures, holding final commercial authority over capacity commitments.

• Champion air freight transformation initiatives to accelerate the adoption of enterprise digital logistics platforms.

• Improve global gateway consolidation networks and hub footprints to maximise capacity economics across major trade lanes.

• Collaborate with Vertical Product Heads (e.g., Healthcare, Semiconductor) to tailor procurement strategies to specialised industry demands.

• Standardise global air freight services and vendor management frameworks to ensure consistent, seamless delivery worldwide.

• Represent the division in executive strategy forums, advising senior leadership on cross-functional priorities and strategic resolutions.

• 15+ years of air freight and logistics experience, including proven senior leadership managing multi-national or global operations.

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred).

• Demonstrated success in capacity strategy, BSA procurement, pricing desk oversight, and complex RFQ/tender design.

• Highly analytical, resilient, and adaptable professional with strong matrix leadership capabilities to influence global stakeholders.
