Job summary

ConnectedGroup Limited, a leading international logistics provider, seeks an experienced Airfreight Manager to drive carrier procurement, pricing strategies, and airline partnerships across the region, including Hong Kong and Greater China.

You will build airline, GSA, and co-loader networks, source capacity, and lead rate negotiations while optimizing yield and profitability through market analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in freight forwarding, ideally air freight procurement or carrier management
• Strong network with airlines, GSAs, and co-loaders
• Experience in capacity sourcing, commercial negotiation, and pricing strategy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines
• 10+ years of freight forwarding experience, ideally within air freight procurement, pricing, or carrier management
• Strong airline, GSA, and co-loader network across the air freight industry
• Solid experience in capacity sourcing, commercial negotiation, and pricing strategy
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Self-driven and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
