AIA Hong Kong and Macau invites a senior leader to shape Channel Innovation and Channel Marketing, driving digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions, and customer-centric strategies across Asia. You will collaborate with distribution, product, and marketing teams to deliver sustainable business growth and exceptional partner experiences.

In this role you will build and mentor a high-performing team, oversee budgeting and governance, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in channel marketing or distribution management
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, customer journey design, CRM, and data analytics
Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) proficiency
Insurance industry experience and regulatory understanding

Responsibilities

Define and drive the Channel Innovation strategy and roadmap
Lead Channel Marketing to grow business and optimize customer engagement
Develop and govern partner events and engagement programs
Coach and develop a high-performing marketing team
Ensure regulatory governance and compliance
