Job summary

AIA International Limited. is seeking a senior marketing professional to lead strategic alliances and sponsorship initiatives across AIA Hong Kong and Macau and contribute to the broader AIA Group through collaboration with brand, distribution and partnership teams.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand Marketing and Strategic Alliances, the role requires building strong external partnerships, delivering measurable impact for customers and society, and embedding a customer-first mindset

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience.
• Existing network of alliances contacts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Digital and social media savvy.
• Licensed if activities are regulated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic alliance and sponsorship roadmaps to support brand, distribution and business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities with commercial justification.
• Lead contract negotiation and rights management across partnerships.
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs to evaluate sponsorship effectiveness.
• Manage sponsorship budgets and resource allocation.
• Drive integrated activation across brand, marketing, digital, customer, agency and partnership channels.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior management on opportunities and market trends.
• Represent AIA in high-level engagements with partners and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and governance.
