Job summary

Sun Life of Canada (Philippines), Inc. in Hong Kong is seeking a Director, Change Mgmt & Benefits Realisation to ensure strategic investments deliver measurable business value.

Initially an individual contributor role, you will collaborate with the Asia Transformation Office, Finance and senior leaders to shape how transformation delivers value across SLHK. Key responsibilities include establishing change management standards, governance, and reporting; driving adoption and readiness; and

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in transformation, strategy execution, PMO, value realisation, change management or consulting.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-wide capabilities and operating models.
• Strong understanding of benefits realisation, business case management and value governance.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise-wide Change Management and Benefits Realisation frameworks.
• Define governance and reporting standards across strategic initiatives.
• Drive adoption, readiness and value checkpoints for major initiatives.
• Provide executive insight on adoption, benefits delivery and risks to value across the portfolio.
