Job summary

Sun Life Hong Kong seeks a Director of Change Mgmt & Benefits Realisation to ensure strategic investments deliver measurable business outcomes. You will establish adoption frameworks, governance, tools and capabilities, partnering with senior executives and the Asia Transformation Office to embed change and realise value across the organisation.

Initially an individual contributor role, you’ll work closely with Finance, business leaders and programme teams to shape how transformation

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in transformation, strategy execution, PMO, value realisation, change management or consulting.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide capabilities and operating models.
• Strong understanding of benefits realisation, business case management and value governance.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale business, digital or operational transformation programmes.
• Experience working with senior executives and influencing across complex stakeholder environments.
• Financial services experience with regional or multinational exposure preferred.
• Qualifications from Prosci, PMI or Lean are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish Change Management and Benefits Realisation frameworks across SLHK.
• Collaborate with Asia Transformation Office to set standards for adoption, communications and training.
• Provide executive insight on adoption, benefits delivery and risks to value.
• Drive governance, reporting standards and outcomes visibility for strategic initiatives.
• Develop federated network of change execution and leadership engagement.
