Job summary

Hayco is seeking a Senior BPR leader to steer the business process reengineering (BPR) team and cross-functional groups across multiple sites. The role focuses on implementing new operating systems and processes, while improving current ones to drive high operation efficiency and standardization.

You will champion digitization initiatives, document processes, and develop training materials with SMEs to ensure clear, trainable workflows.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of operation excellence or business process reengineering experience with multi-site leadership.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing, ERP/MES and digitized operation systems; knowledge of NPI in consumer goods and AI applications.
• Proficient in English; Chinese/Spanish speaking is a plus.

Job description

Need this position to lead the BPR team and cross-functional teams at different sites to implement new operating systems/ processes or improve the current systems/ processes for achieving high operation efficiency, process standardization and digitization.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams from different sites for new system/ process implementation or improvement of the existing systems/ processes.
• Strive to achieve process standardization among all sites.
• Ensure that the operating systems/ processes facilitate cooperation among departments with clear R&R for all participants.
• Lead implementation of digitization projects for continuous operation efficiency improvement.
• Clarify and document processes. Create process handbooks and training material with the SMEs so that the processes are clear and can be trained to the staff.
• Coach and grow the subordinates to become BPR experts
• Study and propose new digitization technologies that can improve operation efficiency to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor above, Degree in Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or other scientific disciplines; Over 15 year experience in operation excellent or business process reengineering field. Has led cross-functional teams from multiple sites and locations to implement digitization projects.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing practices, Knowledge to ERP/ MES and other digitized operation systems. Good understanding to the NPI process of consumer goods and the applications of AI technologies..
• Can communicate clearly in English. Chinese/ Spanish speaking will be advantage,
• Good verbal and written presentation skills is a must,
• Can work with multi-cultural teams,
• Can travel among China, Europe, North America and Caribbean for project implementation, up to 75% of the work time, when needed.
