Job summary

Hayco is seeking a Senior BPR leader to steer the business process reengineering (BPR) team and cross-functional groups across multiple sites. The role focuses on implementing new operating systems and processes, while improving current ones to drive high operation efficiency and standardization.

You will champion digitization initiatives, document processes, and develop training materials with SMEs to ensure clear, trainable workflows.

Qualifications

15+ years of operation excellence or business process reengineering experience with multi-site leadership.
Familiar with lean manufacturing, ERP/MES and digitized operation systems; knowledge of NPI in consumer goods and AI applications.
Proficient in English; Chinese/Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams from different sites for new system/process implementation or improvement.
Strive to achieve process standardization among all sites.
Ensure operating systems/processes enable inter-departmental cooperation with clear R&R.
Lead digitization projects to improve continuous operation efficiency.
Document processes and create handbooks/training material with SMEs for staff training.
