Job summary

RecruitFirst Limited is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to lead Oracle EBS configurations and finance-oriented process improvements within a regional digital transformation program. You will collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to design, implement, and optimize Oracle ERP solutions that boost efficiency and support growth.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on EBS expertise.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Accounting Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Finance and Costing modules, with experience supporting finance and accounting business processes.
• Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, financial workflows, and business process transformation.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering, process analysis, and ERP solution delivery across the full project lifecycle, including system design, configuration, testing, training, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure successful ERP adoption.
• Define project scope, manage project schedules, and drive the timely delivery of key milestones.
• Support business transformation and change management initiatives to maximize system utilization and operational efficiency.
• Provide ongoing system support and identify opportunities for continuous process and system improvements.
• Promote best practices and contribute to knowledge sharing across project teams.
