Job summary

Endeavour Searh Limited seeks an executive leader to drive property development and cross-border initiatives at a premier technology park in Hong Kong. You will oversee strategy, partnerships and government submissions to unlock opportunities across the Greater Bay Area.

With 15+ years in leadership roles and a strong track record in land development and financial modelling, you will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and liaise with government bodies to enable project approvals and successful

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in property development, land administration, valuation, government liaison and project implementation.
Experience in commercial property management is essential.
Knowledge of land development approvals, policies and regulations is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with team collaboration ability.
Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of sales and business development strategies for Batch 2 & 3 and future phases.
Identify and engage partners from overseas, HK and Mainland China.
Understand partner needs and drive commercial actions with key decision-makers.
Conduct research and formulate land development plans for senior management.
Prepare compelling proposals and pitches to showcase project benefits.
Prepare land lease tenders, investment materials and related documents; assist due diligence.
