PCCW Services Limited is seeking a Project Manager/ Assistant PM/ Project Management Officer in Hong Kong. The role focuses on establishing and embedding delivery plans for one or more workstreams within the eMPF Platform project, ensuring proper PM techniques and robust governance throughout the lifecycle.

Success requires a 4–8 year PM track record, PMP or similar certification, and strong stakeholder management in financial services or public sector tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in CS/IT/Engineering/business or related discipline.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• 4–8 years of PM experience, preferably in financial services/public sector and tech projects.
• Experience in digital transformation, MPF/pension ops and regulator exposure is a plus.
• Experience delivering digital projects through lifecycle including testing and implementation stages.
• Exposure to managing a vendor for large-scale projects.

Responsabilités

• Establish and embed delivery plans across workstreams.
• Ensure standard PM techniques: progress updates, plan management, dependency management, resource allocation and budgeting.
• Coordinate across tech, process design, operations, vendor management and commercial delivery.
• Ensure timely communication across programme work streams and stakeholders.
• Drive, monitor and report plan delivery across all project lifecycle stages.
• Apply risk management to maximize delivery.
• Manage an indirect delivery team including third party suppliers.
