Job summary

Nexus Corporation in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst (Change & Transformation) to help shape and deliver digital transformation initiatives within a leading Retail & Wealth Banking environment. You will bridge business and technology, defining problems, requirements, and success metrics.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across functions, support Agile delivery, and ensure smooth implementation through documentation and handover.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of business analysis experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in digital or transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and Jira/Confluence.
• Data analysis skills (SQL) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems, scope, and success metrics.
• Gather and document clear, testable requirements.
• Map processes, identify gaps, and propose practical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops across business and technology stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog management and sprint collaboration.
• Drive change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and ensure quality delivery.
• Enable smooth implementation through documentation and handover.
