Job summary
Nexus Corporation in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst (Change & Transformation) to help shape and deliver digital transformation initiatives within a leading Retail & Wealth Banking environment. You will bridge business and technology, defining problems, requirements, and success metrics.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across functions, support Agile delivery, and ensure smooth implementation through documentation and handover.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of business analysis experience in financial services.
- Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in digital or transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and Jira/Confluence.
- Data analysis skills (SQL) are an advantage.

What We’re Looking For:

- Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira/Confluence
- Data analysis skills (e.g. SQL) are an advantage
- Based in Hong Kong (onsite at client office)
- Fluent English required; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred
- Working within a leading Retail & Wealth Banking environment
