Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a Business Training Intern to assist in developing digital training materials, video production, and script translation. The role offers exposure to e-learning design, content creation, and end-to-end training operations in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include supporting training administration, logistics, materials prep, enrollments, and inventory control, with opportunities to contribute to various projects within the Business Training Team.

Qualifications

• Final year or penultimate year student from any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task.
• Mature, independent and self-motivated, agile, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and video editing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of digital training materials & tools, including e-learning program design & production, video shooting & editing, script translation.
• Provide support on training administration and logistics, including training room and equipment maintenance, training materials preparation, enrollments and inventory control.
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
