Job summary

FWD Group Management Holdings Limited is seeking a proactive Digital Product Management Intern to support the delivery of customer-facing digital products, including web, mobile, and AI-enabled solutions. You will participate in Agile delivery activities, work with Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master and IT teams to translate business needs into digital solutions.

Qualifications

Final year or penultimate year student in any discipline, preferably Finance/Business/Insurance/Economics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Mature, independent, and able to work under pressure.
Strong Cantonese, English and Mandarin language skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AI applications.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of customer-facing digital products throughout end-to-end lifecycle.
Participate in Agile delivery activities with Product Owner, BA, Scrum Master and IT teams.
Translate business needs into effective digital solutions; manage delivery with Jira/Confluence.
