Morgan McKinley Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic Officer / Assistant (New Agent Team) to support licensing examination training for new insurance agents, produce digital eLearning content, and explore AI tools to elevate training delivery. You will facilitate programs, coordinate logistics for classroom and online sessions, and engage large groups in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Prior teaching, corporate training, or public presentation experience is highly preferred.
• Confident, engaging speaker with strong facilitation skills in front of large audiences.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in AI tools, digital learning platforms, and video editing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Languages: English and Cantonese; Putonghua is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support the delivery of licensing examination training programs.
• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics and manage classroom/online environments.
• Confidently present and engage with large groups of new joiners in classroom and virtual settings.
• Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining training materials to regulatory and examination requirements.
• Contribute to design, production, and enhancement of digital training tools and eLearning modules.
• Hands-on involvement in video shooting and editing, script translation, and digital content conversion.
• Explore and adopt modern AI tools and technology applications to enhance training efficiency and engagement.
• Provide operational support including training room setup, equipment maintenance, and training enrollments.
• Manage inventory control for training materials and physical/digital assets.
• Assist with ad-hoc training projects and initiatives as assigned.
