Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a high‑potential transformation professional to support enterprise program execution and enhance collaboration with stakeholders. You will work closely with the Technical Office Director, managing initiatives and ensuring alignment across all workstreams.

With 5–7 years of relevant experience, you will play a pivotal role in project management and agency enablement, tracking progress and risks, while contributing to the organization’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or project management roles, preferably in the Insurance Industry.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and cross-functional programmes.
• Exposure to agency/external partner collaboration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Office Director in preparing for executive forums and decision meetings.
• Take ownership of selected transformation initiatives, driving project execution from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
