Job summary

United Asia Finance Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a UX-focused Digital Product Associate to enhance digital lending experiences across mobile apps and websites.

You will stay abreast of trends, translate customer needs into actionable UX directions, and collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver improvements. The role requires strong analytical and project management skills, plus fluency in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or HCI.
• Minimum 1 year in banking/fintech domain is a plus.
• Experience in digital platform management (web/mobile).
• Strong analytical and user-focused mindset.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Develop initiatives to improve digital lending experiences on mobile app and website.
• Research customer needs and pain points to inform UX direction.
• Collaborate with design, developers, business users and vendors to define requirements.
• Perform UAT to validate new solutions against requirements.
• Analyze performance of digital platforms to improve conversion and retention.
