United Asia Finance Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Marketing Support Assistant to help manage digital performance channels and assist in market analysis.

You will support the team in preparing reports, identifying market opportunities, and staying updated on digital channel developments. The role offers on-the-job training, a strong emphasis on bilingual Chinese and English communication, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business with 1 years of working experience
• With initiative, pleasant and willing to learn
• Dynamic, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications (including MS Excel and PowerPoint)
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediate available or short notice period is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage digital performance channels, such as paid social, SEM, programmatic and eDM, etc.
• Assist to conduct market and digital analysis, report and generate insights to identify opportunity in the market
• Keep abreast of the latest development and policy of various digital channels
• Provide other administrative support as assigned by supervisors
• Verify media schedules and invoices
• Perform administrative duties
