Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a senior leader to oversee the design, implementation, and management of digital learning platforms such as LMS, e-learning tools, and virtual classrooms. You will partner with HR, IT, and L&D to align initiatives with digitalization goals and ensure high-quality solutions.

Remain at the forefront of learning tech trends (AI, AR/VR) and drive data-driven improvements while mentoring a team of developers and specialists in a fast-paced environment located at Ang Mo Kio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Education Technology, Digital Learning, or related field.
• PMP, ITIL, or related certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
• Contextual knowledge: government agencies preferred.
• Proficiency with learning tech tools: LMS, authoring tools, LXP.
• Experience leading digital learning projects and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to design, implement, and manage digital learning platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and L&D to align digital learning with modernization goals.
• Stay updated on AI-driven learning, AR/VR, and adaptive learning trends.
• Ensure QA across digital learning solutions and best practices.
• Mentor and lead developers and specialists, promoting collaboration.
• Manage vendors and tools for best-in-class solutions.
• Define success metrics; analyze data to measure impact of learning initiatives.
