You will guide technical leadership across software architecture, cloud platforms, AI integration, and system implementation, ensuring scalable, secure, high-performing platforms and alignment with enterprise standards while collaborating with project managers, designers, learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education Technology, Digital Learning, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technical management, technology delivery, or cloud engineering.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or technical workstreams.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience delivering LMS/LXP or learning technology projects and familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LTI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, integration, and implementation of learning applications (LMS, LXP, AI-enabled solutions).
• Define and maintain technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and delivery teams.
• Review designs and advise on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive ongoing technical innovation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
