Job summary

The Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI Institute) seeks a hands-on Digital Learning Development Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of digital learning solutions. You will supervise developers, collaborate with IT and SMEs, and drive the use of LMS and multimedia tools to deliver scalable learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in digital learning development or instructional design.
• 2+ years of team leadership or people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise 360), Adobe Captivate or similar tools.
• Experience collaborating with external SMEs and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise digital learning developers and coordinate project resources.
• Oversee design, development and implementation of engaging digital learning content.
• Collaborate with IT and SMEs to translate content into effective digital learning solutions.
• Establish QA processes and measure learning outcomes to improve engagement.
• Evaluate and recommend learning technologies to enhance design and production.
