Job summary

Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI Institute) is seeking a Manager to oversee public CPT/CPD training operations, including planning, trainer coordination, class delivery and learner communications. You will also supervise the Education and Development Department (EDD) operations team and ensure high-quality program administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related discipline.
• At least five years’ relevant experience in learning and development, professional education, training operations or programme management.
• At least two years’ supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in CPT/CPD programme administration, webinar delivery, trainer/speaker liaison and stakeholder management is an advantage.
• Professional qualifications in learning and development or financial services will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage CPT/CPD public classes, webinars and seminars.
• Coordinate trainers, speakers and internal teams for offerings.
• Oversee end-to-end public class operations and admin.
• Maintain relationships with trainers, regulators and clients.
• Coordinate course outlines, speaker info and materials.
• Collaborate on eDM, website and online portal for promotion.
• Prepare training statistics, enrolment and management reports.
• Support accreditation and quality assurance processes.
• Lead and develop the EDD operations team.
• Handle issues, escalate when needed and manage projects.
