Job summary

HKT is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to support end-to-end learning activities, AI enablement programs, and eLearning platform management in Hong Kong. You will design engaging digital content, coordinate training programmes, and promote AI-based learning tools.

Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required. Experience with Canva, iSpring or similar tools is a plus; strong presentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University graduate with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in training delivery or learning and development.
• Experience in eLearning content development and AI-based learning tools.
• Exposure to AI enablement or digital learning initiatives.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ownership, detail-oriented, self-motivated and proactive.
• Fast learner with a passion for AI, digital learning and emerging technologies.
• Resourceful and able to work independently.
• Experience with Canva, iSpring or similar tools for content development.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end learning and development activities.
• Coordinate AI enablement learning initiatives.
• Explore AI-powered tools to enhance learning.
• Manage the eLearning platform, content development and maintenance.
• Develop engaging learning materials and digital content.
• Coordinate learning programmes and logistics.
• Support Graduate Development Program and other projects.
• Assist in employee engagement or team-based learning activities.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.
