Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in eLearning design and development.
• Proven experience in managing end‑to‑end eLearning projects and leading teams.
• Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver quality training aligned with Company KPIs.
• Oversee design and development of eLearning modules ensuring instructional quality.
• Coach and mentor team members in instructional design and tools.
