Job summary

• Proven experience delivering digital learning initiatives in a corporate setting.
• Hands-on LMS and digital learning platform management.
• Strong track record in e-learning design and learner engagement.
• Experience using data analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance and effectiveness of LMS and digital学习 technologies.
• Lead adoption and growth of digital learning platforms, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, security, and good user experience.
• Manage administration, tracking, and reporting of mandatory learning programmes.
• Collaborate with HR, business units, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver learning solutions.
• Monitor analytics, platform usage, and learner outcomes to drive improvements.
• Foster an engaged learning community through knowledge sharing and initiatives.
