Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong is offering a Business Training Intern position within the Training Team. You will assist in creating digital training materials, including e-learning content, videos, and translations, gaining hands-on experience in learning and development.

The role covers training administration, logistics, room setup, equipment maintenance, enrollment management, and inventory control, plus exposure to a range of learning projects.

Qualifications

• Final year or penultimate year students from all disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task.
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, agile, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and video editing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing digital training materials and tools, including e-learning design, production, video shooting/editing, and script translation.
• Provide support on training administration and logistics including training room and equipment maintenance, training materials preparation, training enrollments and inventory control.
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
