About the Role
We are seeking an innovative Digital Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join the dynamic retail team. You will drive the brand's visual presence across the e-commerce platform, taking ownership of website banners, promotional landing pages, and digital campaign assets. This role is perfect for a creative designer who actively leverages modern AI tools to accelerate content creation and push creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Banner Design: Create high-converting web banners, homepage refreshes, promotional landing pages, and email marketing visuals.

AI-Driven Asset Generation: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Krea, Midjourney, Kive) to generate, refine, and edit high-quality product lifestyle imagery and background visuals for e-commerce operations.

E-Commerce Operations: Ensure all digital creative assets align with brand guidelines, are optimized for site speed/SEO, and adapt seamlessly across desktop and mobile formats.

Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing and digital operations teams to develop cohesive visual concepts for seasonal promotions, product launches, and flash sales.

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years of professional digital design experience, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment.

Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and standard web image formatting.
