Job summary

You will bridge creative storytelling with community engagement, delivering visuals for global hackathons, online channels, and live activations, while coordinating with founders and marketing leads.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to take full ownership of brand identity, community visual touchpoints, and marketing design. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and Web3 community engagement—crafting high-impact visuals for ecosystem launches, global hackathons, online channels, and live events.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Systems (0-to-1): Build and scale unified visual brand identities, design systems, and style guides tailored for Web3 products and ecosystem initiatives.
• Community & Event Branding: Lead end-to-end creative production for community-driven projects, including global hackathons, accelerator programs, offline meetups, and international summit activations.
• Digital & Growth Marketing Assets: Design high-converting landing pages, social media campaigns, educational infographics, and promotional materials tailored to Discord, X (Twitter), and Telegram audiences.
• Physical & Merchandise Production: Conceptualize and produce custom merchaandise, event swags, print collateral, and environmental graphics in collaboration with external vendors.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Partner directly with founders, ecosystem managers, UI/UX designers, and marketing leads to translate strategic initiatives into compelling visual narratives.

Requirements

• Web3 Ecosystem Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on design experience within crypto, DeFi, Web3 gaming, or decentralized tech environments.
• Proven Community Project Track Record: Demonstrated experience designing for developer hackathons, ambassador programs, DAO initiatives, or large-scale community events.
• Multidisciplinary Toolkit: Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic motion graphics/video editing tools to generate dynamic digital assets.
• 0-to-1 Startup Mindset: Proven ability to self-manage projects from initial ideation and naming through final production in fast-paced startup environments.
• Print & Vendor Management: Strong knowledge of physical production workflows, including merchandise design, print specifications, and coordinating with print/event vendors globally.
• Fluency in English is required.
