Apple Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a Development Manager to lead and execute NSOs, refreshes, and critical MEP replacement projects from concept to close. You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality while coordinating with cross-functional teams across real estate, design, and operations.

The role requires 50% travel and a track record delivering large-scale retail or workplace constructions. A Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Construction Management degree is preferred.

Competenze

• 7+ years of construction/project management experience delivering retail stores or workplaces.
• Experience in large developments such as retail store expansions or campuses.
• Ability to plan, schedule, budget, resource, and execute technical services for a large real estate portfolio.

• Direct schedule, budget, quality, safety, and facilities turnover for projects.
• Drive operational excellence across cross-functional teams including real estate, design, and security.
• Create project Proforma, budgets, and schedules at key milestones (Gate1, Gate2, design reviews).
• Engage external partners and manage contracts with design consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Review lease terms and obtain approvals from landlords while coordinating with leasing managers.
• Maintain relationships with government agencies and works councils.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover, warranty, and handling of defects.
• Negotiate SOWs and change orders with consultants and builders.
