Job summary

Colliers in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead real estate initiatives from concept through close-out. You will develop schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with landlords, developers, contractors and internal teams to deliver on client needs.

You will guide design through construction, oversee tendering and procurement, and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to growth opportunities across domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, PM, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Proven track record delivering high-value, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of multiple real estate projects with schedules and budgets.
• Act as senior client contact, guiding strategy and maintaining relationships.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Manage design from concept to construction documentation and execution.
• Lead tendering, evaluate bids, support contract negotiations and admin.
• Advise on procurement strategies and manage client service contracts.
• Supervise on-site activities ensuring design, safety and quality compliance.
• Ensure timely close-out, documentation handover and post- completion reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development.
