Job summary

ReSource The Counselling Centre Limited is seeking a Development and Communications Executive to drive fundraising, grant writing, and donor engagement while coordinating projects and digital communications. The role supports sustainable growth, ensures timely delivery, and expands online presence.

The candidate will manage grants, sponsorships, donor stewardship, and seasonal campaigns, while coordinating CRM tasks and producing engaging content for social and web channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in business development, partnerships or marketing.
• Proven track record of securing partnerships or grants.
• Excellent written communication and ability to write engaging copy.
• Empathy and discretion when handling sensitive mental health stories.

Responsibilities

• Draft and submit grant applications and foundation proposals.
• Identify and cultivate corporate sponsorships and partnerships.
• Manage donor communications and stewardship with regular updates.
• Support fundraising appeals and digital outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and track campaigns.
