Job summary

Ocean Park Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager (Corporate and Fundraising) to drive online revenue, manage digital campaigns, and grow donor pipelines.

You will partner with Conservation, Marketing, and Communications teams to craft compelling content, secure corporate partnerships, and ensure cost-effective program delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive fundraising, digital marketing, or partnership development experience.
• Proven track record of owning digital revenue targets and high-converting online campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with online donation gateways, social media ads, GA, and donor CRM systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and storytelling skills with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive Online Revenue & Performance: Take full ownership of revenue targets for online donations, digital campaigns, and recurring giving programs to ensure sustainable funding growth.
• Campaign Strategy & Event Execution: Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated, multi-channel fundraising campaigns across digital platforms (social media, online donation portals) and traditional offline events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (such as Conservation, Marketing, and Communications) to translate complex conservation initiatives into compelling, action-oriented content and storytelling for donor engagement.
• Donor Acquisition & Journey Management: Develop content strategies and lead generation initiatives to acquire, engage, and retain individual donors, recurring supporters, and corporate partners.
• Partnership Building: Identify, cultivate, and secure new corporate partnerships to expand the organization's donor base and co-marketing opportunities.
• Vendor & Budget Operations: Liaise with agency partners, digital marketing vendors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement and high-impact campaign execution.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in fundraising, digital marketing, corporate partnership development, or sales/business development (prior experience in non-profit or conservation organizations is strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of owning digital revenue targets, executing high-converting online acquisition campaigns, and optimizing full-funnel conversion. Driven, highly organized, and collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with online donation gateways, social media ad management, Google Analytics, and donor management CRM systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across technical (e.g., conservation experts) and creative teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential.
