Job summary

ServiceOne Limited is a leading IT consulting and managed services provider in Hong Kong. We invite a capable IT Support professional to join our team and deliver deskside support, manage assets, and assist with AV and collaboration technology across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT support experience, solid Windows/Mac/iOS/Android hands-on skills, and a good grasp of security practices. We offer a competitive package and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing/IT or related field.
• At least 2 years IT support experience.
• Hands-on desktop hardware and peripherals troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.
• IT security principles, data protection, and backup/disaster recovery.
• ITIL or related certificates preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support for hardware and software issues.
• Manage IT assets including procurement, inventory control and disposal.
• Provide meeting room technology support (AV, video conferencing).
• Provide on-site support for computer equipment and fault diagnosis.
• Support Windows and Office migration projects with minimal user impact.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards.
• Maintain accurate technical and policy documentation.
