Job summary

HRDirect Consulting Limited seeks a strategic leader to direct the general insurance brokerage business in Hong Kong. You will oversee operations, grow the client portfolio, and strengthen relationships with insurers and regulators.

You will lead and mentor a team of brokers, negotiate carrier terms, and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal governance frameworks. Overseas experience is a plus for expanding market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in general insurance with management exposure.
• Strong relationships with insurers, vendors and regulators.
• Experience with commercial lines and financial lines insurance products.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with ability to mentor professionals.
• Strong business development, negotiation and communication abilities.
