HRDirect Consulting Limited seeks a strategic leader to direct the general insurance brokerage business in Hong Kong. You will oversee operations, grow the client portfolio, and strengthen relationships with insurers and regulators.

You will lead and mentor a team of brokers, negotiate carrier terms, and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal governance frameworks. Overseas experience is a plus for expanding market opportunities.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of working experience in general insurance with management exposure.
Strong relationships with insurers, vendors and regulators.
Experience with commercial lines and financial lines insurance products.
Proven leadership and team management skills with ability to mentor professionals.
Strong business development, negotiation and communication abilities.

Mansioni

Oversee the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the general insurance brokerage business.
Lead and mentor a team of insurance brokers and support staff, fostering growth and client‑centric service delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, vendors, regulators and other stakeholders.
Negotiate favourable terms, product access and service support with insurance carriers to meet client needs.
Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities and expanding the client portfolio.
Enhance cross‑selling and client retention strategies across commercial and personal lines.
Ensure strict compliance with local insurance regulations, governance policies, and risk management frameworks.
