Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Data Scientist / AI Researcher to lead development of AI algorithms that understand employee motivation, turnover tendency, and relationship mapping. You will build and maintain big data pipelines on our cloud data platform, applying advanced analytics and ML to structured, unstructured, and time-series data, collaborating with domain experts.

The role emphasizes innovation, production readiness, and a mindset to go beyond, with a competitive package and growth potential

Qualifications

• PhD/Master/degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience applying data analytics, data mining and machine learning.
• Hands-on Python; familiar with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Spark, Hadoop, Flink and Kafka.
• Production AI/big data experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Interim student welcome.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and maintain big data pipelines for the cloud data platform.
• Apply big data analytics technologies to develop cloud-native analytical algorithms for structured, unstructured, time-series data and IoT applications.
• Conduct research on state-of-the-art technologies to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with domain experts to develop unique AI algorithms.
• Collaborate with academic, industry partners and customers to drive innovative AI technologies.
• Research latest technologies and techniques in big data sources, deep learning and ML.
• Work with developers and analysts to deliver results to clients in an understandable format.

Responsibilities:

• Create, develop and maintain big data pipeline for the cloud data platform;
• Applybig data analytic technologies to develop cloud native analyticalgorithm for structured data, unstructured data, time series data andother IoT applications;

• Research latest technologies and techniques of big data sources / deep learning and Machine Learning techniques;
• Work with developers and application analysts within the team to deliver results to the clients in easy-to-understand format.

Requirements:

• PhD / Master / Degree Holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Experience in applying data analytics, data mining and machine learning;
• Hands-on skills in Python and familiar with Tensorflow or PyTorch;
• Experience in big data technologies, e.g. Spark, Hadoop, Flink and Kafka;
• Experience in applying AI and big data in production environment will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Interim student with strong interests will be welcome.

Competitiveremuneration package including 5-day work week will be offered to theright candidates.
