Job summary

HR Plus is a data-driven HR analytics company focused on turning workforce data into actionable insights. We analyze information to improve employee experience and business outcomes, using visualization, statistics, and ML techniques.

The role requires shaping data-driven recommendations, communicating findings clearly to stakeholders, and delivering monthly service-delivery insights. A competitive remuneration package and growth opportunities are offered in a regional context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Finance or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in applying visualization, statistical inference and data mining techniques
• Excellent command of English and strong communicator

Responsibilities:

• Turn complex data into insightsand actionable recommendations, delivering clear business value and impact.
• Utilize statistical methods, data visualization techniques, and machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Prepare final analysis reportsfor the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
• Generate and present monthly performance and statistical reports related to service delivery and operation.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree, preferably with combined studies in Information Systems and Finance, or related business and STEM fields (Computer Science, Statistics, etc)
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience ideally in professional services, law, management consultancy, insurance or financial space.
• Experience in applying Visualization, Statistical Inference and other Data Mining techniques to a variety of data
• Excellent command of English and strong communicator.
• Pursuit of excellence, always going the extra mile to level up the quality of insights and deliverables.
