Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a result‑driven specialist to lead AI/Automation initiatives. You will conduct interviews with internal stakeholders to understand current operation flows and propose optimization using AI, RPA and digital tools.

You will formulate the technical approach and scope of POC and MVP for each use case, act as a key tech facilitator for the POC and assist domain owners to perform UAT, collaborate with team heads on business cases and CX

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 3+ years in AI/Automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews/workshops with internal stakeholders to understand current operation flow and propose optimization using AI, RPA and digital tools.
• Formulate the technical approach and scope of the POC and MVP for each use case, and act as the key tech facilitator to conduct the POC and assist domain owners to perform UAT.
• Work with the team head and department head to formulate the business case and CX design of AI use cases, and proceed to get approval from relevant legal & compliance units.
• Regularly review the effectiveness and performance of deployed AI use cases, and make recommendations for performance enhancement.
• Actively connect with internal and external AI units and tech vendors to stay abreast of the latest tech development and AI adoption across the industry.
• Support Ad Hoc tasks assigned by team head and department head if required.

• Formulate the technical approach and scope of the POC and MVP of each use case, and also act as the key tech facilitator to conduct the POC and assist the domain owner to perform UAT

Job Requirements

• Degree holder, with 3 years or above relevant working experience in AI/ Automation
• Passionate about driving change and creating value, with the ability to identify opportunities within every challenge
• A strong communicator with the agility to learn quickly and adapt effectively
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as officer role
