Qualifications

• Degree or above in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data management and AI/ML projects, with at least 3 years focused on AI applications in the data domain is preferred.
• Strong experience with NLP, knowledge graphs and ontology applications.
• Experience in the financial industry (banking) in data governance or AI projects is prioritized.
• Familiar with AI tools and Microsoft Office (including Chinese typing).
• CDMP or similar data governance certifications is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Data Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute AI projects for data governance, including metadata management and end-to-end data lineage tracking.
• Develop and optimize AI models for automated data classification, sensitive data identification, anomaly detection, and quality-rule generation.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the data management framework and plan multimodal data governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business scenarios where AI enhances data management and drive implementation.
• Conduct internal training and knowledge transfer to enhance capabilities in AI-driven data management.
• Develop and uphold data governance policies for AI, ensuring ethical guidelines, privacy regulations and internal security standards.
• Research regulatory requirements and best market practices of AI data governance.
• Support other data management tasks as required.

• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to identify business scenarios where AI can enhance data management and drive implementation
• Conduct internal training and knowledge transfer to enhance the team's professional capabilities in AI-driven data management
• Develop and uphold data governance policies related to AI, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines, privacy regulations and internal data security standards.
• Conduct research for regulatory requirements and best market practices of AI data governance
• Support other data management tasks as required

Requirements

• Degree or above in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Financial Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data management and AI/ML projects, with at least 3 years focused on AI applications in the data domain is preferred
• Strong experience with technologies such as NLP, knowledge graphs and ontology applications
• Experience in the financial industry (especially banking) in data governance or AI projects is prioritized
• Well versed with AI tools application and familiar with Microsoft Office (including Chinese typing)
• Possession of CDMP or similar data governance certifications is preferred
• Excellent communication skill and with team-work spirit
