Job summary

All Star Agency is seeking a Senior Manager - Data Science & Governance to lead the design and implementation of integrated AI and data governance frameworks across data platforms. You will report to the Division Head of Governance and drive governance across ownership, metadata, lineage, quality and risk controls.

You will mentor a team, coordinate governance processes, and influence senior stakeholders to ensure compliant, responsible data usage and AI adoption in banking contexts.

Qualifications

• University degree in data science or related field.
• 6-8 years in data governance or data management, with managerial experience in financial services or Fintech.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance processes across data ownership, classification, metadata, lineage, quality, retention, and issue management.
• Advise senior leaders on governance strategy, risk, and responsible AI adoption.
• Prepare and facilitate governance forums with clear agendas, decisions, and follow-through.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
• Build cross-functional relationships to secure sponsorship for governance initiatives.
