All Star Agency in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager – AI Governance to drive governance standards for responsible AI adoption across the bank. You will lead policy and control initiatives ensuring oversight, accountability and risk management while enabling AI opportunities.

Reporting to the Section Head, Data Governance, you will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, business, Technology and Data Science to translate AI-governance requirements into practical reviews, monitoring and

Qualifications

Substantial experience in AI governance, technology risk, model governance, data governance or related control functions within banking, financial services or Fintech.
Proven ability to develop policies, guidelines, review processes and governance reporting.
Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

Enhance AI-governance guidelines, policies, and risk controls with a focus on reviewing AI risk in deployment.
Coordinate governance reviews of proposed AI use cases with data usage, privacy, security, and regulatory considerations.
Deliver AI policy updates and maintenance of documentation; expand implementation guidelines and user support for approvals.
Lay out road map and execute strategy for AI governance initiatives.
Lead initiatives to improve control environment as the bank builds AI capabilities.
Document AI initiatives, assign owners, and track remediation actions.
